1One-time setup
- On your phone, open sunday-golf.pages.dev (type it in yourself the first time).
- Put it on your home screen so it opens like an app:
- iPhone: in Safari tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
- Android: in Chrome tap โฎ, then Install app or Add to Home screen.
When there's a new version, a green bar says "A new version of the app is ready." Tap Update. The version number is at the bottom of every page.
2Round day: entering scores
- Open your group's link from the organizer. Everyone in the foursome can use the same link and score the whole group; any of the four can do it.
- Tap a player's box, then tap their score. It saves and jumps to the next player. After the last player it moves to the next hole.
- Use โน โบ or swipe to change holes. 11+ is for big numbers, Clear erases a score.
- Tap the GPS button for yardage to the green. If a green isn't mapped yet, stand on it and tap I'm on the green: save it to map it for everyone.
No signal? Keep entering. Scores are saved on your phone and sent when you're back online.
3Leaderboard, skins and money
- Leaderboard updates on its own, with a Live feed of birdies and eagles as they're posted.
- Tap Live skins & payouts โ to open the skins calculator following the round. Payouts update every 15 seconds.
- A hole counts once every player in that game has a score on it, so skin values drop as more skins are won.
- Pick the game with the tabs: Skins Pot (the whole buy-in goes to skins, no net side pot; a skin is the only low gross score on a hole, ties win nothing) or Match Play. Tick who's in the skins on the scorecard.
- ๐ค Share payouts makes a text you can paste straight into the group chat.
- Buy-ins paid: pick the pots being played today, then tap each pot a player paid for (or Paid all). The app shows what's collected and who still owes, by pot.
- ๐จ๏ธ Print / Save PDF makes a clean results sheet.
4Match play (front, back, overall)
- Open the Match Play tab and set what the front 9, back 9 and overall pay ($10 each to start).
- Add matches, from 1 v 1 up to 4 v 4. Pick each side's players; another box appears as you fill one. Add as many as you want, like Rick vs Rod and Rick vs Tony.
- For each match, pick With handicaps (strokes off the lowest handicap in the match, hardest holes first) or Strokes only.
- For teams, pick how the team's score counts: best ball, best 2 or 3 balls, or all scores added.
In live scoring: when setting up a round, pick Format: Match play at the top. Each foursome is paired 2 v 2 automatically once the groups are built, or add matches yourself (1 v 1 up to 4 v 4, with handicaps or strokes only). The score entry screen shows each match and who won the hole, and the leaderboard shows every match hole by hole. The skins calculator's Match Play tab picks the matches up automatically.
Each bet shows its status ("Rick 2 up thru 6") and pays once its holes are all played. Even bets push. The totals show who's up and who owes.
5For the organizer
New roundLive scoring โ ๏ผ New round. Pick the course (๐ Nearest sorts by distance), tees, players and foursomes, then send each group its link. Save your organizer link; it's the only way to edit the round.
Finish roundLocks scores and posts every 18-hole score to handicap history. Handicaps update automatically once a player has 3 rounds on tees with a rating and slope.
Players & handicapsAdd players one at a time or paste a list ("Name, 10.4" per line). Use โ๏ธ Rename to fix names; renaming to a name that already exists merges the two. ๐ removes a player.
CoursesSearch the course database, import DallasโFort Worth courses, or snap the scorecard. โ marks tees missing a rating or slope. ๐ Set location saves where a course is.
Save to seasonAfter settling a game, tap ๐พ Save to season in the calculator to add it to the money list. Saving the same game again replaces it.
Delete a roundOrganizer screen โ ๐ Delete round. Type the round code to confirm. Removes its scores, handicap history and saved payouts.
6Season standings
Live scoring โ ๐ Season standings shows the year's money list (winnings, skins, games) and scoring (rounds, average, best, eagles, birdies, pars) for every player.
7If something's off
- App looks old: close it fully (swipe it away) and reopen. Still old? Delete the home-screen icon and add it again from sunday-golf.pages.dev.
- Can't enter scores: use your group's link from the organizer (the round code alone only shows the leaderboard), and check the organizer hasn't finished the round.
- Wrong score: tap the box again and pick the right number. On the leaderboard it fixes itself within 15 seconds.
